**Order Cancellation**
We accept order cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order. If you cancel your order, we will issue a full refund within 2-3 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled if the item has already been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please email xiaohuafang38@gmail.com (please provide your order number or confirmation email).
**30-Day Unconditional Return Guarantee for Unopened and Unused Items**
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a full refund. Specifically, the item will be inspected at our warehouse, and the refund will be processed after the package is inspected. Please contact our customer service email for a return address. Return shipping costs must be prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery. For warranty claims not related to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. All items and accessories must be in their original packaging. Used or damaged items will not be accepted. Please send photos of your returned package and tracking number to our customer service email: xiaohuafang38@gmail.com. Otherwise, we will not accept returns. Return requests may be rejected if the above requirements are not met.
Items can be returned within 15 calendar days of the shipping date. After the warranty period, returns for non-quality issues will not be accepted. For returns, please contact us at xiaohuafang38@gmail.com (please provide your order number and item condition).
Our customer service team will confirm the reason for the return and request photos of the product and packaging from different angles.

2. Photos clearly showing the product's appearance from various angles
3. Photos showing all accessories
4. Photos of the original packaging
Please note that the 15-day warranty requires the following:
- The product and accessories must be in their original packaging.
- The product and accessories must be free of cracks, dents, scratches, or other defects that affect the selling price.
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after receiving your return. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 7-10 business days. Disputed orders may take 3-6 months to resolve.
**12-Month Warranty**
We take responsibility for quality issues and offer a 12-month warranty against quality problems. This warranty is void if the product is damaged or misused by the buyer. We will replace or refund you via xiaohuafang38@gmail.com after receiving your order number and confirmation of the product status.
**Refund Delay or Not Received**
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be officially credited. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at xiaohuafang38@gmail.com.
**Exceptions**
Sharkres.com's warranty does not cover the following:
- Accidental damage/misuse
- Damage caused by natural disasters (lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
- Unauthorized modification/repair/disassembly or use not in accordance with the official instructions or manual
- Issues unrelated to quality
- Goods purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Specific uses other than normal consumer use
- Goods that have been lost/stolen/given away/refunded
- If you do not have valid proof of purchase
